Our annual HOA meeting is scheduled for this coming Monday – June 2nd – at 7pm in the Community Clubhouse. We will be discussing several important items regarding the future of our neighborhood at this meeting. These items include commitments from our developer, the on-going work to improve the overall aesthetics of our neighborhood, plans for the exercise room, budgets and monthly association fees and many other items. Please make every effort to attend this meeting.
Cranberry Township's 2014 Summer Slow Down Campaign is scheduled to run June 6th through June 19th. If you are interested in having a sign in your yard, please let any Board member know.
The Township will be installing the speed trailer at various locations throughout the Campaign, and will have have a post mounted speed sign as well as an increase in Police presence. Please watch your speed while driving through our neighborhood.
As a reminder, each homeowner is responsible for maintaining all landscaping (including street trees) properly by keeping lawns and mulch beds free from weeds, keeping trees and shrubs pruned, and keeping lawns maintained including properly disposing of all yard waste and grass clippings in bins rather than dumping on your property or on common areas. For several years, Cranberry Township has held quarterly meetings with Homeowner Associations (HOA's) to discuss common issues and concerns, and to learn what is happening within the township. These meetings are lead by an HOA member, and are attended by a Township staff member. For more information about these meetings, click here.

Cranberry Township Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Information Expo:
Cranberry Township residents need to know about a major expansion and upgrade coming to the Township’s wastewater treatment plant. An Open House will be held at the Municipal Center in Council Chambers on Wednesday, February 19 from 1:00 until 8:00 pm.
